How much does a kitchen cost?
Frequently Asked Questions

About Us & Pricing

Our projects start from €15,000 gross — most kitchens range between €25,000 and €40,000, including planning, manufacturing, and installation.

We sell built-in appliances directly through our manufacturer partnerships — you receive the same trade conditions we get as a certified specialist. No markup, no middlemen. You can find all appliance prices transparently on our kitchen appliances page.

We determine the exact price for your kitchen during a free initial consultation.

Yes. The initial consultation, the design, the 3D visualization, and the first quote are completely free and non-binding. If you choose not to proceed, you walk away at no cost — no fine print, no follow-up charges.

Our initial quote is valid for three weeks. If you accept within this period, the entire architectural planning is included in the kitchen price.

If the offer expires and you decide at a later point to proceed with a collaboration, we are happy to create a new quote. In this case, we charge the architectural planning as a separate service (€5,000 incl. VAT, equivalent to 25 hours of architectural work), as designs need to be updated, material prices re-researched, and production capacity re-planned.

Beyond that, we do not negotiate on prices. Our quotes are transparently calculated — without negotiation margins and without artificially inflated list prices.

We are not a studio — we are a manufactory. Every cabinet, every front, every drawer is crafted by us panel by panel. No large-manufacturer modules simply placed side by side.

Rusi Kolev is an architect (Chamber of Architects Hessen) and property economist. He doesn’t plan your kitchen from a catalogue, but from the room itself — ceiling height, light exposure, walkways, connections. The result is a kitchen that fits your space down to the millimeter, without filler strips or gap pieces on walls and ceiling.

Instead of sales staff, you speak directly from the start with the planner who also builds your kitchen.

Founded by Rusi Kolev — architect (Chamber of Architects Hessen) and property economist with years of experience in kitchen and interior construction. Rusi plans, calculates, and personally oversees every project.

We deliberately take on only a limited number of projects at a time. This ensures every kitchen receives the attention that a project of this scale deserves.

“Mr. Kolev handled everything personally in detail and planned it in many meetings in photorealistic 3D, always flexibly accommodating our special requests and additional wishes.” — Rainer, Oberursel

We exclusively use brand-name products from specialized manufacturers:

Cabinets: Egger decorative chipboard — FSC and PEFC certified, emission class E1 (low formaldehyde), 66% of the wood from recycling and sawmill by-products.

Fronts: Senosan TopMatt (PVC-free PMMA surface — velvety matte, anti-fingerprint, more scratch-resistant than lacquer) or Decospan Shinnoki real wood veneer (FSC certified, 6-layer UV lacquered, CO₂-neutral production).

Worktops: Fundermax compact panels (Austrian HPL panels — food-safe, heat and scratch resistant, 100% recycled core paper) or Dekton ceramic panels by Cosentino (sintered at 1,200 °C — stain, scratch, and heat resistant, CO₂-neutral, 10-year manufacturer warranty). For natural stone, we visit our suppliers together to select the large-format slab (3.6 × 1.6 m) on site.

Sinks: Blanco Silgranit — 80% natural quartz, scratch and heat resistant, with lasting Hygiene+ antibacterial protection.

Appliances: Including Bora, Quooker, Miele, Neff, and Siemens. Rusi personally recommends the Bora X Pure as a cooktop extractor — quiet, no overhead hood, with full surface induction. For a boiling water tap, we recommend the Quooker Flex (standby consumption: only 5 cents per day). You can find all appliance prices on our kitchen appliances page.

We manufacture and install in the Frankfurt am Main region. For projects outside a radius of approx. 150 km, additional travel costs apply. Whether your location is within our reach, we are happy to clarify during the initial consultation.

Getting Started: Questionnaire & Initial Consultation

So we don’t start from scratch at the first meeting. In the questionnaire, you share with us what you’re planning: kitchen style, room size, preferred appliances, budget range, timeline. Takes about 5 minutes.

After that, we get back to you — either at the agreed appointment or shortly by email. The questionnaire commits you to nothing.

Helpful, but not required. A simple sketch with wall lengths, room height, and the approximate position of electrical, water, and drainage connections is enough to start. Photos of the room are also helpful.

If you don’t have a floor plan: no problem. Send us photos, and we’ll find a solution together.

Plan for about one hour. The meeting takes place via video call — you will receive a link by email beforehand. A laptop, PC, or smartphone is all you need.

During the meeting, we discuss your ideas, review your floor plan, and address any open questions. This is not a sales pitch — it is a planning session directly with Rusi Kolev as architect.

Preparation: Ideally have a rough floor plan, photos of the room, and inspiration images ready. If your partner is involved in the decision, we recommend participating together.

The initial consultation and the first quote — including design, 3D visualization, and video presentation — are completely free and non-binding. If you choose not to proceed, you walk away at no cost.

If you accept the quote within its three-week validity period, the entire further planning is also included in the kitchen price — no matter how many revision rounds are needed until the design is perfect.

Planning & Quote

1. Initial consultation — We get to know each other, discuss your ideas, and lay the foundation for the planning.

2. Video quote — Rusi creates an initial design and presents your kitchen as a video: photorealistic, with all appliances, materials, and a complete price — including manufacturing, appliances, and installation. This quote is already very precise, but serves as the basis for further detailed planning.

3. Quote validity — The quote is valid for three weeks. If accepted within this period, the separately listed architectural planning fee is waived — the planning service is then included in the kitchen price.

4. Detailed planning — After quote acceptance, the actual fine-tuning begins: drafts, changes, meetings — until every detail is right. Rusi creates the final version based on real room dimensions. After your approval, the interim payment (65%) is due and production begins.

5. Electrical and water planning — We create a detailed installation plan free of charge. We coordinate the timing with your builder, electrician, or plumber to ensure connections are in the right place on time.

6. 3D-Aufmaß — Sobald Wände und Decken verspachtelt und der Boden vorbereitet sind (Bodenbelag muss nicht 6. 3D measurement — Once walls and ceilings are plastered and the floor is prepared (floor covering doesn’t need to be laid yet — build-up height is enough), your room is measured millimeter-precisely via 3D scan. You choose a convenient appointment online. The measurement is carried out by our partner POS Group.

7. Finales Projekt — Auf Basis des Aufmaßes erstellt Rusi die endgültige Version und bespricht mit Ihnen, ob sich 7. Final project — Based on the measurement, Rusi creates the final version and discusses with you whether the real room dimensions change anything in the design. After your final approval, the interim payment (65%) is due.

8. Produktion & Montage — Nach Zahlungseingang beginnt die Fertigung. Innerhalb von 6–8 Wochen starten wir 8. Production & installation — After payment is received, manufacturing begins. Within 6–8 weeks we start the installation, which takes 3–5 days depending on complexity. If we pick a day earlier, we schedule accordingly — no extra charge.

For ceramic worktops: After the kitchen installation, a second 3D measurement is taken specifically for the worktops, as these can only be precisely cut after full installation. The ceramic panels are installed approx. 2 weeks after kitchen installation. In the meantime, we provide temporary worktops for the cooktop and sink free of charge — so you can use your kitchen right away.

„War jederzeit bereit, auf unseren Wunsch hin auch wieder Änderungen vorzunehmen. Tolle Qualität und “Always ready to accommodate changes at our request. Outstanding quality and beautiful colors.” — Anna, Bingen

Weil ein Showroom zeigt, was uns gefällt — nicht was in Ihrem Raum funktioniert. Per Videocall sehen wir Ihre Because a showroom shows what appeals to us — not what works in your space. Via video call, we see your actual walls, your real light, your actual floor plan. The 3D planning shows your kitchen photorealistically in your room, before you spend a single cent.

Still want to touch materials? We send you a sample kit with front and worktop samples to your home — so you can experience color and texture firsthand under your own lighting.

For ceramic or natural stone worktops, we visit our supplier together. There you can see the slabs in large format (3.6 × 1.6 m) — a completely different impression than a small sample.

And we are happy to show you finished kitchens at satisfied customers’ homes — so you can see the result for yourself.

None. We manufacture everything ourselves. Every cabinet, every front, every drawer is produced in our own workshop — panel by panel, not assembled from prefabricated modules. This means: no dependency on external manufacturers’ delivery times, no compromises on dimensions, and full control over quality and schedule.

That depends on two phases:

Planning phase (from quote acceptance to final approval): As long as you need — from one day to two months. We don’t rush you. Thorough planning saves money and stress later on.

Production & installation (after final approval and interim payment): 6–8 weeks until installation begins, then 3–5 days of on-site installation.

In between comes the 3D measurement, which is possible as soon as walls and ceilings are plastered. For kitchens with ceramic worktops, a second measurement is taken after installation for the worktops — allow approximately 2 additional weeks (we provide temporary worktops free of charge). Because we produce everything ourselves, we have full control over delivery times.

Contract & Payment

Payment is made in three stages:

1. 20% deposit — upon contract signing (quote acceptance).
2. 65% interim payment — after final project approval and 3D measurement, before production begins. With this, we order materials and appliances.
3. 15% final invoice — only after the joint acceptance of the fully installed kitchen.

Important: Built-in appliances are fully paid with the interim payment and are excluded from the 15% final invoice.

The final payment is only due once you are satisfied with the result — this ensures we stay motivated down to the last detail.

After the quote acceptance and deposit (20%), the detailed planning begins:

• Detailed planning — Drafts, changes, and meetings until every detail is right. As long as needed.
• Electrical and water planning — We create an installation plan for your electrician and plumber free of charge. We coordinate the timing with your builder or tradespeople.
• 3D measurement — Once walls and ceilings are plastered and the floor is prepared, your room is measured millimeter-precisely (by our partner POS Group). This precision is the reason our kitchens fit without filler strips or gap pieces.
• Final project — Rusi creates the final version based on the real room dimensions. After your approval, the interim payment (65%) is due, and production begins.

Your personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely to fulfill your order — no marketing, no sharing with third parties. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Delivery & Installation

Our own team. No subcontractors. With a custom-made kitchen, professional installation is just as important as the manufacturing — that’s why we handle both.

The electrical and water connections must be in place and operational according to our installation plan — you will receive this plan from us in good time after contract signing, so your electrician and plumber have sufficient lead time.

We discuss exactly what is needed in your situation in detail. If connections are missing or not in the right place, we postpone the installation date — that’s less stressful for everyone involved.

If your old kitchen needs to be removed first: we are happy to handle that. Price upon request.

Yes. With at least four weeks’ notice, rescheduling is free of charge. For shorter notice, cancellation fees apply, as materials and production capacity have already been scheduled.

After Installation: Warranty & Care

Our kitchens are covered by the statutory warranty pursuant to §§ 634 ff. BGB (German Civil Code). The warranty period begins with the joint acceptance of the fully installed kitchen.

Covered are all defects in the kitchen that were already present at the time of acceptance: material and manufacturing faults on cabinets, fronts, and worktops, defective hardware, as well as errors in our installation work.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, and natural material characteristics (such as wood grain or stone texture) are not covered.

Electrical and plumbing work (wiring, high-voltage connections, water pipes) are not included in our scope of services — these will be carried out by your electrician and plumber based on our installation plans.

Built-in appliances: The manufacturer’s statutory warranty applies to the functionality of the appliances themselves. Any issues arising from the integration into the kitchen furniture are covered by our warranty.

During the final handover, we will walk through the entire kitchen together and document its condition with photos. If you notice anything after that — simply reach out to Rusi directly. We will discuss the issue and get it resolved.

“Our expectations were exceeded in every respect — an absolute recommendation!” — Claus, Köln
