BORA Classic downdraft extractor (CKA2): the extraction unit of the modular BORA Classic 2.0 system, with sControl+ touch control for the extractor and the cooktops. The fan is planned separately.
The Classic downdraft extractor is the extraction unit of BORA Classic 2.0. It sits flush between the cooktops and draws the cooking vapours off right at the cooktop. You choose the cooktops freely: BORA offers seven cooktops for Classic 2.0, among them surface induction, gas, wok and a Tepan stainless steel grill. Several extractors and cooktops can also be combined, according to BORA.
The extractor and the cooktops are operated with sControl+: you slide your finger up and down in the ground recess or tap a function directly. A change of colour shows whether you are controlling a cooktop or the extractor. In standby the display is almost invisible, according to BORA.
The extractor has no fan of its own. According to BORA, the Classic 2.0 sets add a silencer, a plinth fan and the Ecotube duct parts up to the plinth fan. The ready-made sets are built on the BORA Classic 2.0 Downdraft Extractor System Set. For individual plans BORA names further Ecotube duct parts and a BORA universal fan.
