Description

Rusi’s comment: I wash up while cooking and often have wet hands, so I want knobs instead of touch. The X Pure Max brings BORA’s extraction with knobs for the first time, without going straight to the Professional.

  • The best of it: same size and same cut-out as the X Pure, plus a fifth zone for the small pot.

The BORA X Pure Max is a cooktop with an integrated downdraft extractor and five cooking zones: four surface induction zones of 230 x 230 mm each and an additional zone at the rear centre (Ø 140 mm), above the round air inlet nozzle. Cooking vapours are extracted downwards directly at the pan. This version has a glossy glass ceramic surface and works with recirculation.

  • 5 cooking zones: 4 x surface induction 230 x 230 mm, 1 x Ø 140 mm at the rear centre
  • Automatic bridge function: two zones one behind the other become one surface, for example for the BORA grill pan
  • Operated via the BORA xControl touch display (5 inch), optionally also with illuminated control knobs
  • BORA Assist functions Fry, Boil, Melt, Keep warm, Simmer, Pasta, Steam and Coffee (with Assist-compatible cookware)
  • Keep-warm function in three levels (40, 75 and 95 °C), timer for each zone, short-term timer, pause function, child lock
  • Automatic extraction control, automatic run-on, pan detection, 9 power levels plus power boost
  • Recirculation: eSwap Plus odour filter (GFESP) included, service life according to BORA 150 hours (about one year), replaced from above without tools
  • Air inlet nozzle and stainless steel grease filter are dishwasher safe, integrated grease collection tray
  • Energy efficiency class A+ (extractor, according to the product data sheet)
  • Extraction according to the product data sheet (extraction to outside): up to 531 m³/h at the highest normal level, 590 m³/h in the power level, grease separation 98 percent (class A), noise emission 66 dB(A)
  • No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth: according to BORA, BORA Connect is on the X Pure, not on the X Pure Max

Optional: BORA Pure illuminated control knobs (set of 5, PUBKM5). Some images show the knobs fitted, they are not included with the cooktop.
